European-themed Sobha 3BHK: Practical or too much?
Came across this video showing a 3BHK at Sobha Royal Pavilion in Bangalore. It's got really detailed European-themed luxury interiors, designed by Aishwarya Interiors. The living room and kitchen especially look super grand. I'm wondering if such specific themes age well over time, or if they might feel a bit much after a few years. What do you all think about distinct design themes versus more neutral styles for a long-term home?

Yes, Sobha is usually reliable, but 2026 is still a long way. I'd factor in at least a 6-month buffer for any project these days. Plus, the European theme is a personal choice, not for everyone. For that price, I'd want something that appeals to a wider audience if I ever need to rent it out or sell.

U5, my friend inquired last month. They were quoting around ₹12,000-₹15,000 per sqft depending on the wing and floor. For a project with 114 units, that's a premium. I think you're paying mostly for the Sobha brand and the 'Royal Pavilion' tag.
