Okay, I'll say what no one says – even working in real estate, buying my own place in Noida is eye-opening. Everyone glorifies these fancy projects in places like Knowledge Park 2, but nobody talks about the actual usable space. I'm looking at Tribeca Developers, and the super area vs carpet area games are just ridiculous. It's like they add an entire extra room to the common areas. How much does that inflate the 'all-in cost' per sqft really? And what's the actual *real* carpet area percentage you guys got? Change my mind that this isn't just a sneaky way to bump prices.
