Even in real estate, Hyderabad prices are wild now

Honestly, even working in real estate, I'm struggling to find value in Hyderabad right now. I'm looking for a 3BHK, maybe around ₹1.5 Cr, but everything in Gachibowli or Kokapet feels super inflated. Visited a Salarpuria Sattva project in Rajendranagar; prices there too feel high. Are there any actual price correction zones left in Hyderabad? Or less hyped areas where you can still get a decent deal? Brokers just seem to push what's available, not necessarily what's good value.
