150 Feet Ring Road pe property dekh raha hu, for myself. All-in cost mein builder se kya negotiate karein? Stamp duty, registration fixed hai. PLC ya parking charges pe kitna discount mil sakta hai? Ansal API mein kaisa experience raha hai? Off the record, kitna expect karu?

PLC pe 1-2% mil jata hai agar builder ko cash flow issue ho. Parking pe max 50k-75k se zyada expect mat karo, woh bhi agar koi special scheme chal rahi ho. Rajkot mein abhi rates hold pe hain, so don't rush. Check multiple projects near 150 Feet

Ansal API ka experience mera bahut kharab raha hai, honestly. Ek project mein booking kari thi 3 saal pehle, possession date do baar extend ho chuki hai. Builders toh bas booking amount leke projects late karte rehte hain. Rajkot mein abhi market thoda slow hai, toh maybe you can push for more discount than usual, but Ansal se be careful. RERA check kar lena unke projects ka.
Dekho, Ansal API ka RERA record utha ke dekh lo, most projects delayed hain. Rajkot mein unke do projects toh 2-3 saal late chal rahe hain. Agar aapko ready-to-move ya near-possession chahiye toh Ansal API avoid karna hi behtar hai. Warna EMI aur rent dono ka burden uthana padega.
