₹2.5 lakh extra for PLC was buried in page 12 of my Evergreen Farms agreement. I'm looking at a plot in Sector 24, almost signed, then noticed this 'preferential location charge' clause. Honestly, builder agreements poora padhna kitna mushkil hai. It felt like they intentionally hide stuff. Kya aur bhi aise red flags hote hain jo first-time buyers miss kar dete hain? Koi tips do please.

Bhai, totally relatable! Builders make these agreements so complex on purpose. Mere saath bhi hua tha, parking charge alag se daal diya tha jo pehle discuss hi nahi hua. It's like they wait for you to be exhausted reading and then slip these things in. First-time buyers toh easily phas jaate hain.
