Evergreen Mango Orchad RERA status needs a closer look
Did a site visit to Evergreen Mango Orchad Tree Houses last Saturday. Project completed hai, looks decent from outside, prices are in that ₹1.25 Cr–₹2.00 Cr range. I'm thinking long-term investment, you know, capital appreciation and maybe some rental yield. But I'm a bit concerned about its RERA status. Is everything clean there? From my experience, RERA compliance is huge for investor confidence and future resale. Koi issue toh nahi hai na? Also, I've heard mix reviews about investor vs. end-user ratio in some Greater Noida projects. Don't want to get into a 'ghost society' situation. For a completed project like this, what's the actual ground reality for occupancy? Is it mostly investors holding units ya families bhi rehti hain? What's your take on its liquidity? Who will buy from me in 5 years? Your thoughts would be helpful.
