₹1.5 crore for a Tree House unit in Evergreen Mango Orchad — I remember initial pre-launch was much lower. What's the actual CAGR yahan? I'm trying to gauge its capital appreciation potential abhi. Considering current Greater Noida market rates, is the current price per sqft justifiable for an investor? Long-term exit strategy ke liye, will this project continue to see good appreciation?

Bhai, ₹1.5 Cr for a tree house? Sounds like a marketing gimmick to me. Is this even worth considering for a first-time buyer? Mera budget toh ₹1 Cr tak ka hi hai, yeh toh out of reach lag raha hai. Aur Greater Noida mein itna investment? Thoda risky nahi hai kya?
