₹1.5 crore for a Tree House unit in Evergreen Mango Orchad — I remember initial pre-launch was much lower. What's the actual CAGR yahan? I'm trying to gauge its capital appreciation potential abhi. Considering current Greater Noida market rates, is the current price per sqft justifiable for an investor? Long-term exit strategy ke liye, will this project continue to see good appreciation?

Exactly! Greater Noida West mein bhi itne options hain kam budget mein. ₹1.5 Cr is too much for a tree house concept. Current market conditions don't support such
