I'm seriously looking at a 2 BHK there, around ₹1.4 Cr. It looks good in the brochures, but I'm worried about actual daily living. Is it genuinely a good home, or just looks nice? What about the amenities – are they actually useful and maintained, or just for show? I'm thinking gym and kids' play area specifically. Also, how's the neighborhood for basic needs? Are there decent schools, markets, hospitals nearby? My parents keep saying location is everything, and I'm honestly not sure if this specific area is developed enough for a young family. What's the real daily experience like for residents?
