Honestly, I'm regretting selling our big house for this 'convenient' flat. Moved into Evermark Provica Dream Valley last year. The elevators are constantly breaking down! My wife has knee issues; waiting ages or climbing stairs to the 4th floor is tough. Builder promised premium, but maintenance response is pathetic. Anyone else facing this daily? What did you do?
