Price ₹50-53L sounds okay, but is the price jump worth it? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be higher. What's the actual possession timeline like? Builder ka track record on delivery kaisa hai? Aur, once possession is done, society ka vibe aur daily life quality kaisi hai? Genuinely achha hai ya sirf on paper?
