Under-construction risk is completely overblown in my opinion. I'm looking at Evermark Provica Homes 2 in Greater Noida, and it seems promising for a first home. My parents keep saying to wait for RTM, but the prices here are tempting. What's the real daily living experience like? Are the amenities actually useful, or just for show? I'm worried about the community vibe – is it friendly for young families or a bit isolated? Not sure if the carpet area feels spacious enough for a 2BHK either. Any current residents can share their honest views?

Under-construction risk is absolutely real, bhai. Mere ek uncle ne Alpha I Greater Noida ke paas ek project mein invest kiya tha, 5 saal ho gaye, abhi tak possession nahi mila. Evermark Provica Homes 2 ka RERA number available hai kya iska? Parents ki baat suno, RTM (Ready-To-Move) best hai, thoda extra paisa lagega but peace of mind milega.
