I know builders oversell, but I need real talk from residents. Noise levels, air quality wahan ki kaisi hai? I'm looking for a home, not just an asset. Dekha hai ki Maxblis ka carpet area efficiency thoda better lag raha hai on paper, matlab zyada usable space mil rahi hai. Meri wife ko schools aur hospitals ki proximity bahut important hai for the kids. Kisi ne actual check kiya hai ki kon sa project social infra ke terms mein sahi hai within 2km? Sometimes brochure mein distance alag hoti hai. Koi real-world experience share karega?
