U2, sahi pakda. Mere ek friend ne Exotica NorthVille mein book kiya tha, abhi tak possession nahi mila hai. Builder har baar date extend kar deta hai. 2017 ka project hai, 750 units the, pata nahi kitne log abhi bhi wait kar rahe hain. Meri toh bas yahi advice hai ki aise projects se door raho.
