My kids' school admission depends on this. Exotica Housing promised OC in Sector 168 by Dec 2023. Still nothing! Paid 95% already. My wife's freaking out. Honestly not sure if I should just sell at a loss or keep waiting. Anyone else facing these delays with Exotica? Is it even worth pursuing legal action? Should I just cut my losses? Anyone else stuck in Sector 168 with similar issues?

Honestly, this builder has a history of delays. Be very careful. Do your research before investing in any of their projects. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Sector 150 is much better. Thoda expensive hai, but at least builders are delivering. Avg rate is around 7k per sqft. Consider moving there if you can afford it.

U4, I'm in Exotica Fresco. My possession was promised in 2022! Still waiting. RERA case is ongoing. Builder is just giving tareekh pe tareekh.
U5, Fresco ka toh bahut bura haal hai. Heard they diverted funds to their other projects. Be careful. Keep following up with your lawyer.
