Experion One42 is just paper luxury – prove me wrong
₹2.8 Cr for a 3BHK at Experion One42, GCR – honestly, I'm fed up of renting but this price feels insane. Everyone hypes up the Golf Course Road address, but no one talks about the actual daily grind. Are the amenities bilkul top-notch, ya sirf show-off hai? Matlab, pool, gym kitna usable hai? Noise levels ka kya scene hai considering GCR traffic? Is it genuinely a good home, or just another 'premium' project that's good only on paper? Disagree? Tell me why.

Bhai, totally feel you! ₹2.8 Cr is a huge amount. Mera toh budget 1.5-1.8 Cr max hai, aur usme bhi GCR ka naam sunke darr lagta hai. Lagta hai sirf location ka paisa hai, amenities toh bas photos mein achhi lagti hain.
Sahi kaha U2. Mere friend ne Airport Road side ek project dekha tha, same story. Price bahut high for what it offered. Builder ne sirf location bechi, amenities
