Experion SAATORI Achieves ₹1,800 Cr in Noida Luxury Sales

Noida folks, Sector 151 mein kya chal raha hai? Experion's new luxury project SAATORI just sold ₹1,800 crore worth of units! That's about 400 homes snapped up, apparently because of the metro link and upcoming Noida airport. Sector 151 seems to be the new hotspot. Experion Elements is already there, so they must be bullish on this location. I wonder if these big sales will push property prices up even further? What do you guys think?
