Experion Saatori Sector 151 ke baare mein ek video dekha. Usmein Noida Expressway connectivity aur amenities kaafi achhi dikha rahe the. Video mein dikha rahe the ki metro access aur expressway se connectivity super smooth hai. Clubhouse aur baaki amenities bhi high-end lag rahi thi. But sometimes videos make things look better, right? Jo log wahan aas paas rehte hain ya project visit kiya hai, kya yeh claims on-ground reality se match karte hain? Especially connectivity aur nearby facilities ka kya status hai?
Noida Sector 151 mein Experion Saatori ka video dekha. Unke 3 aur 4 BHK flats ke saath jo balcony area hai, woh toh bahut zyada hai – 300-400 sqft tak! Ultra luxury bol rahe hain. Itna space balcony mein kya useful hai ya sirf show-off? Maintenance bhi high hoga na? Kya aap logon ko lagta hai yeh practical hai for Noida?
