Bhai, ye Experion wale toh loot rahe hain! 1.7 Cr for a 2BHK on Sohna Road, that too without hidden charges? Impossible. I was looking at their project near Badshahpur a few months back, and the base price felt okay, but once they added PLC, view charges, club membership, IFMS, and then GST on top of everything, it shot up by almost 20-25%. Did they give you a detailed breakup or just a lump sum quote?
