Experion The Heartsong, is it genuinely worth that 3BHK premium ya sirf brochure mein achha lagta hai? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a bigger place. Everyone talks about its location and 'luxury' tag, but honestly, are the amenities actually useful, yaar? Like, the clubhouse, gym, pool – are they well-maintained and used daily, or just show-pieces after a year? I mean, for ₹1.5 Cr+ for a 3BHK, I need real value. The society vibe matters too; is it friendly, ya sab apne-apne mein rehte hain? My home loan is already running, so this jump needs to make sense. Change my mind if you think it's the best place to live.
