After 7 years of renting, I'm finally looking to buy, fed up with landlord calls. Experion The Trillion in Sohna is on my radar, but the ₹5.78 Cr starting price feels massive. The brochure looks amazing, but is it genuinely good for daily living, or just good on paper? I'm worried about amenity reality. Are the fancy clubs and pools actually useful, or just for show? What about maintenance charges down the line? Also, the floor plans look spacious, but does anyone know about the carpet area efficiency? Are the rooms practical? Really need honest opinions on Sohna's daily convenience too – schools, markets nearby? Should I stretch for this?
