Experion The Westerlies appreciation is lagging post-completion
Experion ka delivery track record toh accha hai, but The Westerlies mein capital appreciation expected se kam lag raha hai. I'm eyeing a unit around ₹12 Cr. Off the record, kya actual gains huye hain since launch? Aur in ₹8.99-18.04 Cr properties mein real rental yield kitna hai? High-end resale market kitna liquid hai? Meri exit strategy ke liye, will anyone buy from me in 5 years without a huge discount?

Yaar, you've hit the nail on the head. Experion ki quality undoubtedly top-notch hai, they delivered Westerlies on time in Oct 2018 with RERA RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/2017/103. But 12 Cr is a serious investment, and I'm also worried about the appreciation part. Have heard similar things from a few brokers about the resale market for these high-ticket homes.
