Bhai, main bhi Express Greens Phase 2 hi dekh raha tha! Price range thoda high lag raha hai for Ghaziabad, especially for a project completed in 2012. Kya yeh investment ke liye worth it hai? Mera budget ₹1.5 Cr tak ka hai, toh 2BHK ya 3BHK mil payega kya isme?
