GSB Townships? Be very careful. Unka track record thoda shaky hai. Did they give you a clear, itemized breakup for PLC and IFMS charges, or was it just a vague 'other charges' line item? That's usually where the scam starts.
Exactly! First, it was a lump sum. Jab maine push kiya, tab jaake thoda breakup mila, but still, some heads were vague. Bohot frustrating hai ye sab.
Totally agree with you! This is the biggest headache for first-time buyers. Builders quote one price, then these 'sundry charges' pop up. Mera bhi same experience tha jab maine Alpha-II Commercial Belt mein ek shop dekhi thi. It's like they deliberately hide it.
