Been looking for 8 months and F Premiere is shortlisted. Residents, what's the actual community vibe like? Any hidden issues with project delivery or unexpected costs post-possession? I'm nervous.

Honestly, I'm so frustrated with F Premiere. Brochure mein amenities kaafi ache dikhaye the, but actual gym aur pool toh bilkul bekar hain. Maintenance charges bhi sky-high. Kya yeh common hai completed projects mein Greater Noida mein? I'm looking to upgrade from my 2BHK.

Did a site visit to F Premiere on Saturday, and the ready-to-move appeal is strong. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 150, thinking of upgrading my investment portfolio. For F Premiere, what's the actual capital appreciation been like since completion? Not sure if the current price point leaves much room for upside... What's the realistic rental yield people are seeing there? How liquid is the resale market? Trying to figure out a solid exit strategy in 5-7 years. Is it worth the premium now?
