For over a year now, we've been hunting for a 3BHK in Gurugram for our growing family. Kids ki safety aur unke liye accha environment sabse important hai. Faith Ireo Savannah is on our radar. My biggest concern is the children's play area – is it genuinely usable, well-maintained and safe? Or is it just there for show, like in so many other places? Also, power backup ka kya scene hai wahan? Full flat backup milta hai ya sirf common areas? With kids, uninterrupted power supply bahut zaroori hai. Jo log wahan reh rahe hain, please share your honest experiences. Should we go for it considering these family needs?

Exactly my thoughts! Kids' safety is paramount. I've seen so many projects where the 'kids' zone' is just a small patch of grass, only for show. Power backup is also a huge deal, especially with toddlers. Is it full backup or just common areas? That's a deal-breaker for me too.
