What's the real story with Faith Ireo Savannah's construction quality and amenities after a year or two? I'm considering a unit there. Post-possession, do issues like seepage or cracks appear often? Clubhouses and pools, are they actually maintained, ya bas showpiece reh jaate hain? Worried about high maintenance for unused facilities. Any long-term residents share their experience?

Exactly! Maine bhi RERA site check ki thi, GGM/668/400/2023/12 hai iska number. Abhi toh iski booking chal rahi hai, construction bhi full swing mein shuru nahi hui hogi. Post-possession issues ka toh 2028-29 tak wait karna padega, agar time pe deliver hua toh. 😂
