Falcon project: Is the family-friendly vibe real?
₹64 lakh for Falcon seems like a decent option, but I'm really trying to figure out if it's genuinely good for daily family life. We're looking to upgrade from our 2BHK, need more space for the kids. My wife's main concern is school proximity and if the neighborhood feels truly safe for children. The amenities look good on paper, but are they actually useful day-to-day? And what's the community like there? Is it friendly for families, or do people mostly keep to themselves? Any parents living there, what's your honest take?

Yaar, Bangalore market mein abhi property kharidna thoda risky lag raha hai. My friend is struggling to sell his 2BHK in Agrahara Layout to upgrade. ₹64 lakh is a big amount, aur agar baad mein resale value na mili toh? Is Falcon worth the investment given current market conditions? Builders toh sirf price badhate jaa rahe hain.
Family-friendly vibe sirf brochures mein hoti hai, most of the time. Kya wahan actual mein kids play areas hain jo maintain hote hain, ya bas naam ke liye? And community activities kitni hoti hain? Koi resident batao please.
Totally agree with your point about brochure vs reality. Wahan ke guard se ya nearby shopkeepers se poochho, they often know the ground reality of such claims. Community activities tabhi hoti hain jab residents khud initiate karein, builder ka role limited hota hai.

Main Falcon ke paas hi rehta hoon, mera bhai wahan ka resident hai. Kids play area accha maintain hota hai, daily evening mein bache khelte dikhte hain. Community activities bhi hoti hain, festivals pe events hote hain. Family-friendly hai, but haan, initial days mein log thoda adjust karte hain. Total units 276 hain, toh crowd bhi accha khaasa hoga.
Falcon ki location toh sahi hai yaar, especially for schools. My cousin lives near Aavalahalli and wahan se commute easy hai. Family ke liye definitely good hai.
Bhai, Falcon ka RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/160124/006546 hai. Maine check kiya, status ONGOING hai. But mera experience Adigara Kallahalli mein ek project ke saath bahut bura raha tha, possession date extend karte gaye. Yahan possession date 2025-12-01 hai, yeh real lagta hai ya sirf paper pe? Please check builder's past record for delays.
Yeh possession date toh abhi bahut door hai. Main toh kehta hoon, construction progress visit karo regularly. Sirf paper pe mat jao. Builders ke paas hamesha excuses rehte hain delays ke liye.
My uncle bought from this builder, they generally deliver on time. But always good to check.

School proximity is good, wahan nearby kaafi reputed schools hain. Google Maps pe check kar lo, sab dikh jayega.
Haan bhai, hidden charges ka darr toh rehta hi hai. Mera ek dost Akshayanagar mein liya tha, registry ke time pata chala ki maintenance advance aur club membership ke liye extra ₹2 lakh dene pade. Falcon ke sales rep se clear kar lo sab.
