Should we continue renting a 2BHK in Dwarka or finally buy a 3BHK for our growing family? We're currently paying around ₹40k rent, and my wife's priority is a safe neighborhood for the kids plus a good school nearby. I'm looking at places in Saket or Vasant Kunj, thinking about a 3BHK around ₹2 Cr. EMI for that would be around ₹1.5L. My company offers decent HRA, so renting ka fayda bhi hai. But property prices in Delhi aren't really coming down, especially with all the Metro Phase IV work. Is it worth locking in such a big EMI when we can save and maybe invest somewhere else? Yaar, not sure if we'll regret not buying later. What's the smarter move given our family's needs?
