Family growing, need more space in GGN
Did a site visit to GLS Avenue 51 last weekend, and I'm a bit confused. The 2BHKs look okay, but I'm really concerned about the actual carpet area. My kids are growing, we need proper usable space, not just super area on paper. My wife's main priority is a good school nearby and a safe environment for them. How's the daily life there, like noise levels ya air quality? Also, society ka vibe kaisa hai? Is it a friendly place for families, or log isolated rehte hain? We're upgrading from a smaller 2BHK, so this is a big decision. Any residents can share their honest experience about the real carpet area and neighborhood? What do you think?

Bhai, GLS Avenue 51? Be very careful. I've heard mixed reviews about GLS projects, especially their older ones. They often delay possession and the quality can be a hit or miss. Ye project ka RERA number 233 of 2017 hai aur possession date 2021-03-01
Totally understand your confusion about carpet area. Builders love playing with numbers. Same worry for me too when I visited some projects in that belt!
