But Gurugram mein low-rise affordable projects mein investor activity bahut high rehti hai. Bahut log sirf rental income ya appreciation ke liye lete hain, khud rehne nahi aate. Synera mein bhi yahi problem hai, especially in sectors further from the main city hubs.
Dekho, maine bhi similar situation face ki thi jab main Airport Road side mein dekh raha tha. Ananda no doubt is a premium product, but their maintenance charges and overall cost of living are also higher. Agar kids ke liye soch rahe ho, toh schools nearby dekhna bahut important hai. Synera ke paas kuchh decent schools hain, but Ananda ke paas option thoda better hai. But, as someone mentioned, price is a big factor. Agar budget tight hai, toh Ananda ka EMI aapko bahut pinch karega.
Ananda ka price toh 1.2 Cr+ se shuru hota hai. Wahan end-users mostly high-income professionals hain. For schools, Ananda is closer to some of the top schools towards Golf Course Road. Synera ke paas jo schools hain, woh Badshahpur side mein hain, which are good but different league. Kids ke liye activity options bhi Ananda mein zyada hain, but again, that comes with a price. So, it really depends on what you prioritise more.
