Family moving: Is JMS Prime Land really home-worthy?
Is JMS Prime Land actually good for families with school-going kids? We're upgrading from a 2BHK, my wife's been super focused on finding something safe for the children, and good schools nearby are a huge priority. We saw the project, it looks decent on paper, but I'm worried about the real daily vibe. What's the community like? Is it friendly or more isolated? Also, how are the local schools and markets around there? Any parents living there can share their experience?

My colleague lives near Baharampur Naya, which is not too far from JMS Prime Land. He says traffic is getting really bad on the connecting roads, especially during school hours. So even if schools are 'nearby' on a map, the commute could be a daily headache. Just something to consider for daily life.
Honestly, the price point of 1.7-2.2 Cr for a project that's still ongoing and has possession questions, and in a developing area, seems a bit high. The current market in Gurugram is seeing some corrections, don't rush into anything. Compare it with ready-to-move options if possible, even if they are slightly older.

That's concerning. We're specifically looking for a place where my wife can walk the kids to school, or at least have a dedicated school bus pickup point right outside. 'Developing' often means 'no infrastructure yet'.
JMS Prime Land? Bhai, iska possession date toh Dec 2023 tha na? Abhi tak mil gaya kya logon ko? My friend booked in another JMS project near Badshahpur and got badly stuck with delays. For families, timely possession is non-negotiable.
Sahi kaha, U1. My cousin booked a flat in Basai and the builder kept pushing the date. It's a huge mental and financial strain. OP, did you check the RERA status updates thoroughly for this project? GGM/435/167/2021/03 is the number, right?
Exactly! That's my biggest fear too. Builder delays are so common in Gurugram. We're also looking for a 3BHK for our kids and this price range (1.7 Cr - 2.2 Cr) is already pushing our budget. Any delay would be a nightmare for our finances.
