Is Godrej's construction quality in Dwarka actually good ya sirf marketing hai? Kids ke school admission ka tension hai. 3BHK dekh rahe hain. Amenities jaise kids play area, clubhouse, real mein milte hain ya sirf paper pe?

Dekho, har builder ka kuch na kuch issue hota hi hai. Godrej ka brand value hai, toh quality control kaafi had tak rehta hai. But delays are common, especially post-covid. Kids ke school admission ke liye, I'd suggest look for ready-to-move options if your timeline is strict, ya phir projects jinka possession next 6-8 months mein expected ho. Dwarka mein kaafi options hain, don't put all your eggs in one basket.
Main toh Godrej se bohot dukhi hoon. 2020 mein book kiya tha Dwarka sector 19 mein, bola tha 2023 end tak possession mil jaayega. Ab bol rahe hain 2025 mid tak. Kids play area ki pics dikhaayi thi brochure mein, abhi tak toh sirf construction debris hi dikh raha hai wahan! Amenities toh door ki baat hai, basic structure bhi time pe complete nahi hua hai. School admission ka tension toh bilkul real hai yaar, meri beti ka school change karna pada.
U7, penalty clause toh hota hai par usually negligible hota hai, builder ko fark nahi padta. U6, aap legal opinion lo, ya phir RERA mein complaint karo. Sometimes it pushes them. Mere friend ne Alaknanda mein ek project mein aisa hi kiya tha.
Same pinch yaar! Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya, lol. Not funny though.
Oh no, that's terrible! Exactly my fear. Kya koi penalty clause tha agreement mein delays ke liye? Aur builder ne koi compensation offer kiya kya?
Sach mein? Main bhi Godrej Dwarka mein 3BHK dekh raha hoon. Par price point bahut high lag raha hai, around 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK. Kya yeh justified hai current market conditions mein? Aur RERA registration number check kiya hai sabne?
Haan bhai, RERA number toh check karna hi padega. Online portal pe sab mil jaata hai. Godrej ka track record usually theek hai RERA compliance mein.
Price toh high hai, no doubt. Dwarka mein ab sab kuch expensive ho gaya hai, especially if it's near a metro. RERA number toh har project ka hota hai, but delivery delays ke cases bahut hain. Mere ek relative ne Ansal Villas mein liya tha, wahan bhi RERA ke baad bhi bahut wait karna pada.
Yaar, maine bhi suna hai Godrej Dwarka ke projects acche hain. Mera friend dekh raha tha Dwarka Sector 10 mein, usko toh location aur plan bahut pasand aaya tha.
Bhai, Godrej ka naam bada hai, no doubt. But Dwarka mein unka track record thoda mixed suna hai. Mere ek colleague ne Anand Niketan mein liya tha property, wahan toh sab sahi tha. Lekin Dwarka projects ke liye main cautious rahoonga. Especially jab school admission ka tension ho toh delivery date aur quality bahut matter karti hai. Sirf marketing hype pe mat jaana, site visit aur existing residents se baat karna zaroori hai.
