Are properties near the Delhi-Mumbai or FNG Expressways still affordable for a 3BHK in Faridabad? We're a growing family, really need to upgrade, and my wife's main priority is a good school and safe neighborhood for the kids. My budget is around ₹1 Cr. I'm looking at sectors like 75-89, but honestly not sure if the promised infrastructure development there is realistic. Will there be huge delays like usual? Is it worth buying now for investment or should I wait a bit? Builders like Adore RealTech or BPTP, are they reliable for timely possession near these new infra corridors? Or is Sector 35 still a better, albeit pricier, option with good connectivity that's already established?
