Family upgrade: Smartworld The Edition, real home?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now I'm looking at upgrading from our 2BHK. My wife's priority is a safe aur proper home for the kids, not just a flat. We're seriously considering Smartworld The Edition, but I'm a bit worried about construction quality. Has anyone moved in there? How's the build quality after a year or so? Are there common issues like seepage ya fittings kharab ho jaate hain? It's a big investment, so long-term durability matters. Also, kids ke liye play area kitna usable hai? Brochure mein toh sab acha dikhta hai, but real mein safe aur clean hai ya bas naam ke liye bana diya hai? We want a place that actually feels like home, not just another building.
