Mahira Homes 88B — considering it for investment. Brochure mein jo amenities hain, like the big clubhouse, do they really increase rental yield ya phir bas maintenance badha dete hain? From my experience, tenants don't pay much extra for a fancy gym if the flat isn't top-notch. Your thoughts?

Totally agree with your point about tenants not paying extra. I bought a 2BHK near Airport Road a few years back with a huge clubhouse and pool. Initial few months, tenants were impressed. But after a year, they started complaining

Sahi keh rahe ho bhai. Main bhi yahi sochta hoon. Maintenance ka bill dekh ke darr lagta hai.
