Two years ago I'd have laughed at these prices, but here we are. My kids are settled, so I'm thinking of Amrapali Crystal Homes Phase 1 in Noida Extension. Everyone talks about the amenities, but I'll say what no one does: most are just show-off and inflate maintenance. I need a good, quiet society, not a fancy clubhouse that adds to my bill.
