Fancy amenities are just maintenance traps for investors.
Did a site visit to Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV last week. They show amazing clubhouses and amenities, but honestly, for an investor, are these ever delivered as promised? And does a fancy clubhouse genuinely attract good tenants or boost resale value, or just mean higher maintenance charges later? I'm finally taking the plunge and don't want surprises. What's the reality there?

First, we need to know if this project is even RERA registered and completed. Kya status hai Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV ka?
Haan, U4, it's RERA registered, number is UPRERAPRJ608
Yaar, my experience with builders and amenities is always bad. I booked a flat in Alpha II a few years back, they promised a swimming pool and gym by possession, but it took another 2 years after moving in for them to even start construction. Builders ka toh yeh common tactic hai, dikhana kuch aur, dena kuch aur. Be very careful.

Exactly! The flashy amenities look good on paper, but after possession, what are the actual maintenance charges for Parsvnath Privilege Phase IV? Any idea?
Totally agree, bhai! Builders always show big dreams, but real picture kuch aur hi hoti hai. Maintenance ka darr sabse zyada hai.
