Since January I'm shortlisting Noida Extension flats for investment from Dubai. Okay, I'll say what no one says: fancy clubhouses and pools are useless for rental ROI. Do tenants actually use them daily, or pay premium rent? Like Parsvnath Platinum, are these amenities driving investor value or just empty show-off? Change my mind.

Totally agree with the OP! As a first-time investor, I'm constantly looking at the numbers. Fancy amenities just seem like a way for builders to inflate prices, especially in Noida Extension where the target tenant pool might be budget-conscious. Do these really translate into higher rents or better occupancy?
Sahi baat hai bhai! Ye maintenance charges bhi toh inhi amenities ke naam pe zyada hote hain. Kitna extra pay karna padta hai in sab ke liye?
