Visited DDA Freedom Fighters Enclave last week. Fed up of renting, so finally taking the plunge. Builder promises bahut hain, but kya delivered amenities actual mein ROI badhate hain? Ya fir bas maintenance costs badha dete hain? For investors, is it worth paying extra for fancy clubhouses? Resale pe kitna farak padta hai?
