Fed up of renting, I'm finally looking to buy, maybe Ansal Aastha Mig Zone in Rajkot. But yaar, everyone glorifies amenities and clubhouses, no one talks about the maintenance charges. Is it just me, ya phir hum log bas empty facilities ke liye high maintenance pay karte hain? Matlab, clubhouse aur gym agar saal bhar empty pade hain, toh uski cost ka kya faayda? Builders promise the moon, but what about construction quality after a year? Cracks, seepage, cheap fittings – don't these issues just add to our burden? As an investor, I'm worried high maintenance for unused amenities kills ROI and resale value. Disagree? Tell me why.
