Many new projects boast grand amenity lists, but I wonder how many are actually useful for older residents. My wife and I are seriously considering Raheja Winterwoods now that the kids have moved out. We're looking for a low-maintenance flat with a genuinely good society and, crucially, reliable elevators. Are the common areas well-maintained and accessible for seniors? What about the actual quality of amenities like the gym or walking paths? We're selling our big house and want a practical, comfortable home, not just a flashy brochure. Any actual residents, what's your take?
