Faridabad 3BHK buyers: What's your take on floor-rise premiums?

Is the floor-rise premium in Faridabad worth it for long-term investment? I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 85, now looking at 3BHKs in Neharpar, maybe something from BPTP or Puri. They're quoting ₹10-15/sqft extra per floor, sometimes more for higher units. For a ₹1.2Cr 3BHK, that adds up significantly. I mean, will the view or less noise really give better ROI down the line? Or is it just a builder tactic? Also, what about PLC for park-facing units? Some are asking ₹100/sqft extra. Seems steep.
