₹95 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 85, but the legal due diligence is giving me jitters. I'm upgrading from my 2BHK and looking at Goyal Luxury Floors. Builder ka RERA registration kaise check karein properly? Matlab, sirf website pe naam dekhna enough hai kya? And title verification ke liye kya steps hain jo log aksar miss karte hain? Investor perspective se, builder ka legal track record kaise pata chale? Koi real experiences share karo please.

Exactly! I tried looking for Goyal Estate Agency's past projects on HRERA, but I couldn't find any completed ones. Is it just me or do they really have zero projects delivered?
