Goyal Estate Agency ka negotiation strategy toh pura scam lagta hai. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 35, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. But these brokers always say direct builder se deal nahi milegi. Is it true? Ya yeh sirf unka commission ka chakkar hai? Kitna real discount mil sakta hai through them vs directly?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Goyal Estate Agency aur aise kai brokers ka yahi strategy hai. I also felt the same when I was looking for a flat in Sector 37. They make it sound like only *they* can get you a deal, but deep down, I always wondered if it was just to secure their commission. It's so frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
