My lease ends in 3 months and honestly, I'm fed up of renting. The EMI vs rent math finally makes sense, so I'm looking at buying a 3BHK, maybe in Goyal Luxury Floors by Rahul Mangla. But I'm really worried about what's actually delivered versus what's in the brochure. I've heard stories about clubhouses being glorified empty halls and 'green areas' ending up as tiny patches of sad grass. Is this common in Faridabad? What should I specifically look for during site visits to spot these discrepancies? I don't want to pay a premium for amenities that are just a tick-box item. Does anyone have experience with this builder regarding their actual amenity delivery? Are the maintenance charges worth it for what you get?
