Meri personal experience hai ki aise naye builders se door raho. Mere ek relative ne Sector 35, Faridabad mein ek aise hi project mein invest kiya tha 3 saal pehle, bolte the 1.5 saal mein possession. Aaj tak kuch nahi mila, builder phone nahi uthata. Unka bhi pehla project tha. Current market conditions mein toh aur dikkat hai, funds ki problem bahut builders ko ho rahi hai. Apne hard-earned money ko aise risk mat karo.
