Honestly, I thought bargaining was possible. Goyal Estate Agency in Sector 35 quoted ₹78L for a 3BHK. They won't budge. Is negotiation for new projects in Faridabad a myth? Kitna off milta hai?

Haan bhai, same experience. Sector 86 mein bhi yahi haal hai. Builders dikhate hain discounts but dete kuch nahi. Kitna bhi try kar lo, final price mein hardly 1-2% ka farak aata hai, woh bhi agar koi special scheme chal rahi ho. Ye bhi suna hai ki ab builders ke paas inventory kam hai, toh unko negotiation ki zaroorat hi nahi padti. Meri friend ne bhi aise hi liya tha, koi discount nahi mila. (LONG)
