Hidden costs toh bhai, ek alag hi scam hai. Main 2 saal pehle ek project mein dekh raha tha, Sector 86 mein. Builder ne bola tha all-inclusive price. Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! Main bhi Faridabad mein dekh raha hoon, especially around Sector 35. Goyal Estate ka naam suna hai, unke agents toh aise baat karte hain jaise unki property Taj Mahal hai. Fixed price ka drama toh pura chal raha hai. Ek baar toh unhone bola ki RERA mein jo price hai, wohi final hai, ek paisa kam nahi hoga. Itna rigid approach dekh ke toh lagta hai, yeh log customer ko lootna chahte hain. Hidden costs ki toh baat hi mat karo, maintenance, club membership, parking, IFMS – sab milake 1-2 lakh upar se lag jaate hain. Pehle se batate hi nahi.
Yaar, fixed price bolte hain but kuch na kuch toh nikal hi aata hai. Maine apne broker se baat ki thi, usne kaha tha ki kuch discounts, ya at least free parking type benefits toh mil hi jaate hain if you push hard enough. Try karke dekho.
Totally agree with you! Mera experience bhi same raha. Builders bolte hain ki demand bahut hai, inventory limited hai, isliye negotiation possible nahi. But I think yeh sirf ek tactic hai. Jab market slow hota hai, tabhi asli negotiation ki window khulti hai. Waise, Goyal Estate ka possession status kya hai, koi idea hai? Sunna hai unke projects thode late chalte hain.
