Visited a few projects in Sector 35 last month. I'm trying to understand how much builders, even Goyal Estate, actually budge on price. For a 3BHK around ₹90L, what's a realistic negotiation range? Is a 2-3% discount truly possible, or are spot discounts just a myth in Faridabad?
