Faridabad buyers: What's your take on infra impact?

Visited a few projects around Sector 35 last month before finally settling in Sector 85. Just moved into my 3BHK here. Honestly, the Metro extension was a huge selling point. Now, I'm trying to figure out the real deal with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and FNG. Everyone talks about them. Are areas like Sectors 75-89 truly seeing appreciation from these, or is it mostly talk? What's the realistic timeline for these big infra projects to actually make prices jump? Did I get in at the right time?

Absolutely, you got in at the right time! Metro connectivity is a game changer for Faridabad, and those expressways are going to open up so many possibilities. Sector 85 will definitely boom, just give it 2-3 years. Plus, current property rates are still relatively affordable compared to Gurugram, so there's good upside potential.
