Visited a few projects around Sector 35 last month before finally settling in Sector 85. Just moved into my 3BHK here. Honestly, the Metro extension was a huge selling point. Now, I'm trying to figure out the real deal with the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and FNG. Everyone talks about them. Are areas like Sectors 75-89 truly seeing appreciation from these, or is it mostly talk? What's the realistic timeline for these big infra projects to actually make prices jump? Did I get in at the right time?
